Article X: Amendment & Revision of Bylaws

10.01 Proposed amendments to these Bylaws must be submitted to the Club in writing at a regular or special meeting, and no amendment may be adopted at the meeting in which it is proposed.

10.02 Revision of these Bylaws, except for minor technical or editorial changes, shall occur only upon the recommendation of a special committee formed for the purpose of reviewing the bylaws. A two-thirds vote of members in good standing present at a regular meeting shall be required to adopt revised bylaws.

10.03 Any proposed amendment must be communicated in writing to all members at least seven days prior to the next Club meeting or special meeting, and any proposed amendment requires a two-thirds vote of members in good standing present at a regular meeting to be adopted.
