Article XI: Notices

11.01 Except as otherwise specifically provided herein, all notices to members under these bylaws shall be made in a manner that reasonably assures receipt of the meeting notice and agenda not less than seven days prior to the meeting.

11.02 All members agree to provide the Club with a current means of contacting them for all notices, including a current email address, telephone number(s) and street address.

11.03 The person(s) giving notices required under these bylaws shall keep a record of all notices given and the manner of notice.

11.04 Those members without access to email will receive notification of meetings via mail or hand delivery of appropriate materials and notices.
